Good video. I believe breath meditation is the best meditation. I try to pay attention to my breath, watch it whenever I remember to do so. Breath meditation is helpful in relieving stress and calming the mind. The right kind of music is also helpful. My brain is more efficient when listening to classical music. It makes me feel energized and more focused on what I came here to do. When my brain seems to dance to the music, it makes for a happy brain. In my experience a happy brain is a great asset for transitioning to a higher dimensional frequency.
